MiHub Journal

A WELCOME MESSAGE FROM MiHuB COORDINATORS

Dear Readers,

We take great pleasure in welcoming you to our new endeavor the online MiHuB magazine. We have created this publication with the intention of providing a space for the generation of knowledge, dialogue, debate, and collaboration among our service users who live in Cyprus and the society in which you live in!

The immediacy of e-based magazine makes it possible for us all to be fully connected to each other and to developments in the society and to be directly involved in building bridges of integration for all third country nationals. Our online magazine is independent and free and we can therefore invite you to be full participants in the creative process that we are undertaking together. Our vision is to create a space that will be relevant, challenging, thought provoking, and inclusive of a diverse range of voices and perspectives.

We welcome articles about your countries of origin, your experiences living in Cyprus, poetry and story-telling texts, food recipes, news and activities. We do this in order to support access and diversity and we hope you will join us with your creativity and spontaneity. We are delighted that you are joining us as readers and hope you will also join us as contributors.

MiHuB Coordinators
Dr. Stefanos Spaneas-Scientific Coordinator
Dr. Despina Cochliou- Operational Coordinator

This magazine is a contribution Migrant Information Centres-MiHub, to highlight the voices of beneficiaries of international protection in Cyprus and Third Country Nationals in Cyprus, so that we can hear them, see their culture, taste their foods, and help them integrate into local communities
